01Welcome to the 47th
+
The 47th Draken Company is an Arma 3 Clone Wars Starsim unit built around teamwork, communication, and organized combined-arms operations.
- New members are expected to learn, work with their assigned element, and help maintain a respectful unit environment.
- Our core standard is simple: follow the plan, support the team, and hold the line.
02Basic Membership Requirements
+
Before beginning recruitment, make sure you can meet the unit's basic technical and conduct requirements.
- Own a legal copy of Arma 3.
- Have a working microphone and communicate clearly.
- Use Discord and TeamSpeak.
- Be able to install and run the unit modpack.
- Be able to attend posted North American or European operation times.
- Show maturity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
03How to Join
+
Recruitment begins through the unit Discord and continues through intake and initial training.
- Join the 47th Draken Company Discord.
- Open a ticket in the recruitment channel.
- Answer the intake questions about availability, experience, and preferred role.
- Complete the recruitment interview and orientation.
- Select an initial detachment path based on openings and unit needs.
- Complete Basic Combat Training before regular deployment.
04Recruit Status
+
A Clone Recruit is a trainee learning the unit's standards before becoming a full Clone Trooper.
- Recruits report through their assigned instructor or element leadership.
- Recruits should ask questions whenever a procedure or order is unclear.
- Restricted specialist positions require the proper qualification or instructor supervision.
- Completion of BCT, acceptable conduct, and demonstrated teamwork are required for advancement.
05Basic Combat Training
+
BCT establishes the common skills every member needs before joining normal operations.
- Unit structure and chain of command.
- Movement, formations, spacing, and security.
- Weapon safety and marksmanship.
- Radio procedures and callsigns.
- Self-aid, buddy-aid, and calling for a medic.
- Rules of engagement and positive identification.
- Urban movement and entry procedures.
- A final practical evaluation of the recruit's basic skills.
06Detachment Paths
+
Recruits may state where they want to serve. Final placement depends on openings, qualifications, performance, and unit needs.
07MOS Opportunities
+
An MOS adds a specialized battlefield responsibility after the required training is completed.
- Medic - battlefield treatment and casualty stabilization.
- RTO / JTAC - long-range radio operation and air-ground coordination.
- Mortar Crew - coordinated indirect-fire support.
- Holding an MOS qualification does not automatically guarantee a billet.
08Attendance and LOA
+
Real life comes first, but communication allows squads and instructors to plan around absences.
- Attend the operations and training events you sign up for.
- Notify leadership when plans change.
- Use the unit LOA process for an extended absence.
- Repeated inactivity without communication may affect assignment or membership status.
09Unit Conduct
+
All recruits are expected to protect the unit's respectful and mission-focused environment.
- Treat members, guests, and attached units with respect.
- Follow lawful leadership orders and ask for clarification when needed.
- Do not team-kill, grief, harass, sabotage, or exploit the server.
- Keep operational communications professional and mission relevant.
- Never misuse Zeus, staff, instructor, or administrative permissions.
- Follow the current Standard Operating Procedures.
10Operation Preparation
+
Arrive ready so the mission does not have to wait for preventable technical or equipment problems.
- Update and load the current modpack.
- Verify TeamSpeak, radio plugins, microphone, and keybinds.
- Use the uniform and loadout assigned to your billet.
- Check weapons, ammunition, medical supplies, radio, and specialist equipment.
- Join early enough to resolve problems and attend the full mission briefing.
11Communications Basics
+
Clear communications keep every element coordinated during training and combat.
- Use Discord for announcements, tickets, schedules, and unit administration.
- Use TeamSpeak and assigned radio channels during operations.
- Listen before transmitting and use the correct callsign.
- Keep radio traffic short and relevant while tactical or command nets are active.
- Read back information that affects movement, fires, aviation, or emergencies.
12Ranks Promotions and Billets
+
Rank represents progression and responsibility; a billet is the job a member is assigned to perform.
- Time in Grade is the minimum time served at a rank.
- Time in Billet is the minimum time served in a position.
- Some promotions also require operation counts or a leadership review board.
- A temporary assignment or qualification does not guarantee permanent rank or billet placement.
13Qualifications and Training
+
Specialist qualifications show that a member can perform a task safely and consistently with the current modpack.
- Training announcements and available courses are posted through unit channels.
- Instructors control the training lane and evaluate practical performance.
- Specialist equipment may only be used within qualification and command authorization.
- Retraining may be required after major mod changes, long inactivity, or repeated performance problems.
