How promotion requirements work
This guide organizes the unit’s Infantry, Medic, and Aviation rank tracks alongside the published promotion and billet requirements.
- TIG
- Time in Grade—the minimum time served at the current rank.
- TIB
- Time in Billet—the minimum time served in a specific position.
- OP COUNT
- The number of qualifying operations completed.
- REVIEW BOARD
- A formal leadership review is required for the listed senior ranks and billets.
